The classes have been devised and recorded by Sue Fuller the author of the British School of Yoga's Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training Course. Sue created the two shorter classes in order to make them as practical and easy to fit in around your new arrival.
Both classes are designed to aid recovery from pregnancy and birth by helping to realign the lower back after the many months of adapted posture. The classes will also help regain muscle tone and shape around the abdomen and pelvis leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised. It can also help reduce body fat, help you focus and clear and calm the mind to relieve stress and tension.
Both of the classes are easy to follow and are complimented by different full length background music tracks. These tracks have been recorded exclusively for the classes and help to create a calm relaxing atmosphere perfect for Post Natal yoga. The class is accompanied by a full colour guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each posture, as well as giving information on how to get the most from the classes.
